Making light work of securing pipes
BTI provides system solutions for securing pipes in heating, plumbing,
refrigeration and ventilation
Tradesmen place tough requirements on systems for securing pipes and pipe insulation. Functional reliability, flexible construction options and very simple assembly are indispensable, and pipe brackets or piping elements need to be secured in different ways depending on the local circumstances and ambient factors. Well thought-out and modular
pipe securing systems can save a lot of time and effort in heating, plumbing, refrigeration and ventilation jobs in particular.
BTI Befestigungstechnik GmbH & Co. KG has applied itself to these requirements. For more than 35 years, the company has been recording feedback from professionals in order to continually adapt and improve its system solutions. For example, the secure fastening and
simple, visual function check of the Toppro SX pipe securing system are impressive. The toothed profile rail with SX threaded plate ensures optimum transmission of force. It's incredibly easy to fit. The tradesman twists the SX threaded plate into the profile rail and positions it. He then screws in the threaded pin and attaches a lock nut. He then simply screws on the pipe clamp and the job's done. All connection elements enable the
system to be moved while attached and with no impact on reliable function without the connection coming undone by accident.
The attachments can be used universally for the different profile rails in all load classes. This only requires a few individual parts which translates into optimised storage and lower logistics costs – another plus point for increased cost-effectiveness.
Tradesmen using the building site advisory service offered by BTI for securing pipes receive expert advice. Experienced BTI technicians calculate the key static parameters and produce parts lists and assembly drawings for the site project. BTI also offers expert advice on the building site itself and will work with planners and tradesmen to produce cost-effective and reliable fastening solutions.
